Do I need the internet to bill?: The website needs a connection. For shops where the internet drops, the InvoSync desktop app for Windows keeps billing offline and syncs with the cloud by itself when the connection is back.
Which hardware does it work with?: A normal Windows PC or laptop, a USB barcode scanner, and a thermal or A4 printer installed in Windows. The website also works on tablets and phones.
Can I give my staff limited access?: Yes. Each staff account gets only the screens you allow — for example the counter, without reports, ledgers or settings.
How do I get an account?: Contact us and we set up your shop's portal and staff logins. You then sign in with the button at the top of this page.
Is my business data safe?: Each shop's data is kept private and separate from every other shop, connections are encrypted, and backups run automatically.
